About Better Life Home Inspections
Buying a home is one of the largest investments you make in your lifetime. Most people know some things about a building, but not everything. I have worked for over 35 years in the construction Industry. Doing everything from remodeling to years of new home construction. Let me put that knowledge to work for you. I continue to further my education each year by studying and attending courses. These efforts help me to maintain a high level of experience in both old and new housing methods.
Our business has grown over the last several years allowing us to expand into the field of Thermal Imaging. I have been looking for a noninvasive way to look into walls without drilling or tearing them off. The technology is now able to support our findings with enough information to take advantage of it.
We travel all over the east coast of PA. If you are an insurance company and have a fire job and what to know if all the water has been cleaned up after the fire restorator is done, call us and we can tell with our infrared camera. We can tell you if the insulation company has done its job by telling you where all the insulation is or is not installed. We can check it out without tearing the walls back off.
I encourage you to come along on the inspections and ask as many questions as you wish. If you know someone in the building trade feel free to bring them along. I want you to feel completely comfortable with the inspection process.
